The association was initiated by a team of experienced and well-trained active youth workers, volunteers, students, trainers, academics, coordinators, project experts in the fields of research, education and sports; It was established as a democratic, secular, independent, youth-oriented and supra-politic civil society initiative.

The association has strengthened with friendships and partnerships that have been going on for years, enabling young people to create art (theatre, painting, music, real and legal persons, educational institutions, private sector and public institutions, non-governmental organizations, consulates, local governments, European Union, United Nations and Republic of Turkey). It carries out social and cultural studies that will enable them to gain experience and assume more active social roles by successfully using the cultural education and youth programs of the state at local, national and international levels.
